Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Champions Volleyball Club website and your registration for our programs. By using the site or registering an athlete, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility & Registration

Registrations must be completed by a parent or legal guardian on behalf of an athlete. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.

Fees & Payments

Program fees are shown at registration and processed securely by Stripe. By completing checkout you authorize the charge for the selected program. Placement on a team or in a program is confirmed once payment is received and any tryout or eligibility requirements are met.

Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the program and timing. Unless stated otherwise for a specific program, registration fees are non-refundable once the season, camp, or clinic has begun. Contact us before a program starts to discuss refund requests.

Assumption of Risk

Volleyball and athletic training involve inherent risks of injury. By registering, the parent/guardian acknowledges these risks and agrees that the athlete participates voluntarily. A separate waiver and release may be required before participation.

Code of Conduct

Athletes, parents, and guardians agree to treat coaches, teammates, officials, and opponents with respect. We may remove anyone from a program for conduct that endangers others or disrupts the club, in our reasonable discretion.

Media

Photos or video may be taken at club events and used to promote the club. If you prefer your athlete not be featured, let us know in writing and we will honor the request where practical.

Intellectual Property

The Champions Volleyball name, logo, and site content are owned by the club and may not be used without permission.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Champions Volleyball is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
